Unsatisfied Service Rendered

I visited the business centre to request upon them to design a business card.

The person responsible has convinced me that he will accurately design the business card I showed him as he kept on saying its easy it will be done in no time.

Due to his lack of mandate the business card had so many errors that needed to be rectify also not delivered on time as agreed. Today I am holding a business card that is not proper designed and doesn't look professional.

I suggest the company should take this into consideration as I have paid quite a lot of money for a business card that is more less to what I expected.
