Unreliable service, Unfriendly

I needed to make copies of some manuals that I had, I got a quote for the work to be done before asking them to go ahead. I made payment via eft and then when phoned to collect was told how much I needed to pay, I was like why the massive increase? The manager was unable to explain and put her employee on the line who just said he was sorry he made a mistake, I understand a 10% mistake but when the mistake is 66% higher (R848) more than expected it seems that a courtesy call explaining the price had gone up would have been in order. The quality of work was shocking as well when I finally calmed down to look through it, info had been cut off on the edges, pages are missing, the manger was super unfriendly and unhelpful, she didn't even attempt to make the situation right when it was their fault. I can handle that mistakes happen, but when it is such a massive mistake and in a world where we need to budget this had a massive impact on how I would be able to get through the rest of the month. Not sure what the brand of 3@1's are but I can tell you from this one interaction I will never be going to another one nor ever recommend them to someone else.
