POOR SERVICE AND ILL INFORMED STAFF

Needed to send Cronic Medication to a family member overseas.<br> <br> On the first visit to 3@1 they told me I need proof of payment of the medication.<br> <br> On my second visit to 3@1 they told me they need the doctors prescription for the medication.<br> <br> Today on my third visit to 3@1 they told me I need a import permit.!!!<br> <br> Why could they not tell me on the first visit all the documents needed.<br> On every occasion I was helped by a different staff member, just goes to show HOW BADLY TRAINED THE STAFF ARE.<br>
