Odered a customised stamp almost a month's I don't have it

<p>I ordered a customised stamp at 3@1 festival mall branch first week if not late August and till today I have not received it. It was returned with errors within a week or so and since then I have been waiting. When I go there I don't find the person that helped me and they say the person is not answering their phone. I was promised that after they resolve the errors it will be delivered within a week.</p> <p> </p>
