My 3 year olds terrible treatment

On 09/11/2015, I walked into the 3at1store at Clearwater Mall with my family to print pictures for my daughter's school project. Another patron walked in and had to use a computer this lady (supposed owner) aggressively told my 3 year old daughter to move from a chair then continued nudging at the chair, she grabbed my daughter as she was lifting her and threw her off the chair. My daughter hit the next chair almost fell to the floor then said \eina mama". The patron said sorry to my daughter and looked shocked. I then asked why she was being so rough and silence. I told my husband. At the till for payment I was told no card facilities were available. I withdrew cash then asked the lady why she did that and again silence. A man called Ray (husband I assume) stepped in and said that he will discipline my child if I cannot. My husband said they should apologize Ray hurled insults and we reciprocated. Next day"
