My 2 year old was crying

I am disgusted the way I was treated last Tuesday 9th June whwn I had gone to fetch some invites and had just fetched my two year old from school. He was crying and crabby and I was rudely asked to leave the store or keep my son quiet, i was further insulted and told I am not a responsible mother and I should go to them for 101 on parenting. They were rude and terrible. They did this infront of other customers to me. He further came and raised his voice to my son and said this is his shop and he should be quiet. I am appaulled that these type of tenants are even allowed in a mall and behave in such a pathetic manner. I told them I will not give them business anymore and he said he does not care if I did or even if I complained to centre management. And who the hell is he to judge me as a parent or mother. I think he should be booted out of the mall. I called the franchise owner and they say that each franchise is responsible for their own. Thats the first I heard. Strange. Well an example should be set.
