HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

You need to please tell your employees to change their attitudes and they also need to start bathing,dressing up neatly and be friendly customers... They are very rude and they are just untidy and they dont look representable for 3@1 standards and they dont know how to greet a customer with a simple hello.. They charged me R28 for printing only 6pages.. I was in disbelief.. There was also a lady on another computer that kept calling for help nd nobody even went to assist aih please teach them customer service or get new people that are nice and deserve the job rather
