Extremely poor service!

Possibly the worst customer service received at Cape Gate Branch. I called in to make an inquiry and the staff member gave me little to no feedback regarding my inquiry. Following this I went into the branch to have prints done using a usb flash drive which was taken from one pc to the other by staff members, not once safely removing the drive from the pc. I arrived home and my flash drive was completely *******ed and all my data lost.
