extremely bad attitute!!!!!

3@1 N1 City Mall<br> <br> Extremely bad service. Instructions gave verbally as well as per e-mail a week ago. Went on wednesday to fetch, printed wrong! Spoke to manager, Tiaan on thursday and he ensured it will be printed right by Saturday because need it by 19:00. Went to collect, printed exactly the same as the \wrong ones"we brought back on thursday. Phoned Tiaan(manager) BIG attitude saying he followed instructions given on e-mail and over phone"
