Child Abuse

Needed passport pictures for me & my 3yr old son & went to 3@1 Clearwater Mall like I always do. My son, being the bouncing baby boy he is, couldn't keep still while having he's picture taken. The man helping us ( the one that looks like some character from a kiddies horror film) got so irritated, shouting & breathing heavily, he said he just couldn't stand it so he said he can't do it anymore. I kept my cool & suggested I take he's pic & he takes mine. After I played camera man, we had to wait for our pix. While waiting, my son was busy amusing himself & singing. The old woman who works there instead of in retirement, then proceeded to tell him to keep quiet. Of course he didn't so the woman kept shouting things like, ' Hey! Oy!' and looked at him in a cruel manner until she got irritated and yanked my 3yr old son's arm & looked in he's eyes & told him to keep quiet. The way she held he's arm to me looked sore & judging by the scared look in he's eyes as he looked at me helplessly & holding he's arm, I knew it was sore. I then decided to take my baby and walk out. I know I should have said a lot of things to them but they were old & was tough to respect elders but it haunts me.
