Bad owner attitude and R900 t-shirt damaged

The printing on a R900 t-shirt of mine had pieces of paper stuck to it and very bad print. This was all because the owner was upset with her staff member for telling me that the t-shirt will be printed in an hour. She started screaming at me, told her staff he was fired and got her husband to come to the store to intimidate me. She did this in front of other customers. She is crazy, has a bad attitude and completely abused her power. The worst kind of human being I've ever had to deal with as a customer.
