BAD ATTITUDE FROM STAFF MEMBER

WORST ATTITUDE I am not a difficult customer who enjoys complaining, but the service I've received from this particular branch was just disgusting. There is a front desk sales person who attends to customers that never smiles, greets or apologizes when they make printing mistakes. His name from my memory starts with H, but I cannot remember it all. When he was searching for my email to find the documents sent to them for printing, he couldn't find it. So i kindly suggested typing the my email address in the search bar, and started to spell it out. He looked at me saying 'As if I didn't already know that.' So rudely. I work in retail and I know its difficult but you can never be rude to someone who is a loyal customer. My boss used to go pick up our printing but stopped going from how this person behaves. Now they're giving me a hard time. I would never recommend this place to anyone or any company ever. There are other places in the East Rand Mall that treat their customers kindly and with respect.
