I would like to express my disappointment at the customer service that was provided by this shop. I went in to have some t-shirts printed and I have used their services before and they had exceeded my expectations. So I walk in to be assisted by Jason who I tell that I hope my expectations are exceeded this time around as well. Dude did not even listen to what I was saying all he cared about was charging an extra fee for the services to be sped up.

I kept repeating myself that I am not disputing your turnaround time but I hope my expectations are exceeded. After repeating myself til I turned blue I told him it's fine I'll take my business elsewhere.

I then went back to ask to be assisted by someone else which in this case was Daniel and my word customer service is non existent in that place. He went on to patronize me and defend his colleague with so much attitude it reeked of ******.

I then asked for the complaints form which they brought as though it was a joke. I asked for head offices contact details and they told me to Google it.

I must say I am disgusted by the service and will never recommend their services ever!
