3@1 Townsquare lost its great reputation

3@1 Townsquare has useless staff and pathetic management If I could give a minus amount of stars for this review I would. Pathetic lifeless service. I walked in optimistic about my request to print on glasses but at the end the assistant said it would be a sticker hoping he would have more knowledge than me regarding the matter he proceeded to play with a piece of string. This is not the first encounter I have had with Katlego who is the face of this branch clearly in desperate need of training in customer service and conducting himself better even articulating what he needs from a client in order to get his job done. This once loved place clearly has no clue about servicing the many clients that walk through their doors. Lloyd is clearly missed.
