Johann PRINSLOO trading as 3-WAYS PROJECTS constructed and installed balustrades for our front steps. The difficulties presented by Tshwane's abysmal power supply did not hold him back and the project was completed in two days. The railings were constructed on site with power fails of several hours each day. He also made a "minor" modification at my request.
