Being billed for labor twice for installing a faulty radiator

Had my radiator replaced, paid for labor & parts to find out the next day the new radiator was still leaking. Took the car back to have the "faulty new" radiator replaced again. After the 2nd radiator was installed i was again billed on labor for the 2nd radiator installation.....what a *******.
