3 Brothers car and bike Virginia. In December of 2021 I had requested a settlement letter (Attached) from Standard bank as I was trading in a motorbike (Honda Repsol 1000cc) I had bought from 3 Brother, a dealership in Virginia in the Free State. I then received a new bike (Yamaha R 1000cc) in January of 2022 which was now financed by ABSA, which I'm still owning and paying for. In October of 2022 I went to them demanding the money I had paid at that time, they paid me R12 000 which was the cash I had paid towards the bike at the time, promised to sort the issue out with the bank. From the time I had traded the bike to date I'm still paying the Honda I had traded in. Now the bank has taken me to high court for a motorbike that I don't have as I told the bank on a number of times. That Bike someone owns somewhere and still paying for it.

On numerous occasions the dealership told me that they will sort the issue out and said the bank has a new system and it's giving them problems. I have asked the dealership on when they will pay me back the R22 000 that I have paid to date.

As I type this mail I'm still paying for the bike (Honda) Standard bank told me I'm liable for the debt. I have made so many efforts to have them pay me back my money and settle the bike with the bank they have failed. This is affecting my financial well being. I'm now under debt review. I have made a case at Ombusman MIO hoping to get this sorted I just want my money and the bank settled.
