3@1 Randridge Mall - Despicable Service

This morning, 28th July 2020 I went into 3@1 Randridge Mall and was second in the queue, with the owner/manager helping the first person. Another staff member was busy printing some documents and then recognised the person that was behind me, third in the queue. This person was then called to the front and was assisted immediately, as she wanted an entire thick book photocopied. The owner/manager was oblivious to what the her staff were doing. Someone else then came in and the owner/manager came to assist me, while she was opening the PC, as I needed some printing from a flash disk, the person that had just arrived shouted that she had sent an email and wanted it printed, so the owner/manager then started printing her items, while I stood there waiting in amazement. I waited for 20 minutes before I finally received the few pages that I needed to have printed. In the meantime, I had left my 80 year old mother, who had a back operation last year standing outside the shop, while everyone else behind me was attended to. I definitely won't be going to 3@1 Randridge Mall again!!!
