Lack of quality goods

I ordered a mug that changes color when heat is app**** and it should only reveal the printing once hot water is added, instead I get a mug of poorest craftsmenship where the printing is seen even without adding any hot water to it. Very poorly done and I honestly feel I wasted my time, effort and money at this place
