3@1 Moreleta Corner, Pretoria (Unacceptable attitude of staff member)
I went to 3@1 Moreleta Corner (Pretoria) this morning, with extremely simple lamination and cutting requirements. I spent about 10 minutes explaining what had to be done, to a young male staff member i.e. Laminate and cut. Later, when I returned to the outlet, the young man had not laminated the sheets but decided to cut first. Something I still can’t understand. I was furious (sadly also using expletives) as I had spent 10 minutes explaining how easy it all was to be done…. Laminate and then cut (in fact, 5 cuts per sheet to produce the laminated words). Normally, I’d accept that mistakes can happen, but the young man was openly smiling/smirking at the unfolding events (even looking at the young female staff member, as he smiled/smirked) and THAT IS WHY I AM STILL ABSOLUTELY FURIOUS. If that’s becoming the standard at 3@1 Moreleta Corner, I will no longer be using their services and feel somewhat miffed that I’ve previously given them very good reviews…
