STS Towing dishonest and rude

These guys are dishonest and rude. My sister was in an accident on Sunday. As usual the "aasvoel" arrives and spins al sorts of stories. My sister informed him that she is insured with outsurance, he blatantly **** and told my sister that they are on the panel of outsurance and that the costs will be cover. Obviously after the ordeal my sister was still in shock, he makes her sign a delivery note with the T&C on the back and without informing her of those. It is obviously a deceiptful misrepresentation. The car was towed less than 4km from the scene and she was informed that she must pay over R7000 to get the wreck back. When phoning the people a certain Andre swears at you over the phone and hangs up on you. I really want to take this matter to carte blanche and the relevant authorities.
