I was in car accident and a Trow Truck drived named Peet stopped to assist me, after i explained to the Gentleman i did not have the money to tow my vehicle he assured me that if he towed my vehicle it will cost me no more than R1500, he reccomended that he moves my vehicle to a personal friend of his premesis to avoid storage and security fees, i was to be quotes on reapirs the next morning and then supposed to fetch my vehicle, after contacting Peet and his Superiors Andre and a man named Barris i was told that my towing fee is now R4500 with addotional fees for storage and securiry adding up tp R7000 and that they would not return my vehicle untill the R7000 is paid or within 30 days they will sell my car.
