Dishonesty

My brother in-law had an accident this morning with his motorcycle. Already hurting and traumatized the Towtruck driver named Peet reassured him that the towing will only be R1500 for taking the bike to his (brother) home which was 5km from the accident scene. Instead of taking it to his house they took it to Brakpan to "give him a quote to repair and sell the bike AT NO EXTRA COST" When they got there the first towing fee of R1500 suddenly became R4500 then R950 for The service fee and then R550 for security and another R650 to tow it home. By brother in law was hurt but he had to help to put the bike on the truck. They were extremely unproffessional and took liberty of a person who needed help. They overcharged him. They made sign while in shock without explaining the fine print. They didnt even give him a chance to read it. We are unhappy with the service as we feel he was in a vunerable situation.
