Terrible Service

Terrible communication from management! We frequently experience electricity and water outages, yet the complex never bothers to inform residents in advance. To make matters worse, the billing is inconsistent—what we’re charged doesn’t match the invoices provided. This lack of transparency and accountability is unacceptable. Residents deserve better service and proper communication
