AVOID THIS AGENCY AT ALL COSTS! ****mers of note these ones…. If you value your mental health do not rent here. My experience here was traumatic, service delivery is not there at all. Electricity and water cuts are a thing. Admin’s work ethics is appalling with a complete disregard for tenants’ needs and concerns. To add insult to the injury, they don’t refund your deposit after moving out. Despite repeated attempts of reaching out to them, their silence has been deafening. DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE THAT I DID…. Find a reputable agency who respects and value their tenants.
