This place is a ****. I took almost 40 items to their shop in February 2018, and have struggled to hear from them since. It took months of emailing and calling on my part to get any sort of response from Marie, who sent me an incomplete sales report and promised payment in December 2018. I'm still waiting for said payment, and as a previous reviewer stated, I went to the shop to find out what was happening only to be told they've been extremely busy (in a completely empty shop). Upon trying to collect my remaining items, I was told they were sold (though not included on my sales report). They are ******* hiding behind a business. You're safer either selling clothes at a market, or donating them. That way you'll have peace of mind at least.
