Appalled at service - 2nd Take - Main Road, Sea Point

Having dropped off clothing to sell more than a year ago, I've popped in 5 times to get either an email or a call which they kept promising from them, but to no avail. Finally more than a year later I did receive a mail showing me they had sold a few of the items and that I should send in my deposit details which I duly did. When I returned from my holiday a month later I went in to tell them I haven't seen any money. I was rudely told that they were too busy (note: shop empty). It seems that there is no intention to pay for the goods. I was told by a friend that she still awaited a year later for some correspondence. I also noticed another customer complaining of the same problem while I was in the shop.

There service is appalling and I would suggest your consider deeply before doing business with them.
