Waste of time and lack of interest

This is one of the most appalling people/companies I dealt with regarding customer service & purchasing an item. They show a complete lack of interest.

I tried purchasing an item online, their website gave some error regarding my address, I informed them about it, they rectified it but increased the delivery price with a R200 on top of the initial quote. I changed my order on the website to pick up, the website stated that only one of the items was now available.

Trying to get hold of them via telephone is a complete waste of time. I drove 28km to their warehouse to have a look at the items I wanted to buy, what a waste of time this was.

I won't recommend anyone to buy from these guys. They have a complete lack of interest to help you & they themselves don't even know what stock they have or of the correct prices when you enquire even if you get a discount when purchasing via the website.
