The good prices are the only thing good about them.

The good sales prices are where the good ends. ZERO customer service or support. Ignored every email I sent and didn't even apologize for the f up they made. Had to resort to sending their whatsapp number a nasty vn to get any sort of response which is ridiculous. Never had this amount of stress with any other company when purchasing items . IMHO rather just go to the warehouse with a hired trailer and sort it out on the spot. That's the only way your going to have a good experience with them.

Oh my God the delivery company they use is the reason I've had it . They used the wrong entrance to the building and ignored every single instruction I gave them . Also they sucked at moving the furniture into my apartment.

Sometimes you can find a fantastic bargain ,which is the only reason I gave 2 stars
