Just another example of why his country is such a mess

I've been in this country for 6 years, this is right up there with the most contemptuous service I've seen. The person on WA is clearly not interested, in anything. Ridiculous that people such as this can hold any sort of position in any business. I see similar complaints below. Worst thing is nothing will ever happen to change mindsets
