False Advertising and REALLY bad service

I'm so disappointed in the service that I have experienced from 2nd Handwarehouse. The online process was seamless but I have been struggling for 3 days to get my item collected. I tried calling, the WhatsApp line and I'm still being messed around. I took off work twice to be home for the collection. The WhatsApp responses are so short and abrupt while the telephone conversations to the store leads to someone promising to call back but never does. I would not recommend their service to anyone.
