Don't sell to them

They don't seem to care about customer satisfaction, particularly on the selling side. The person who speaks over whatsapp accused me of not replying when I did and sent me misinformation and wrong quotes, which took me asking for an apology to get one. And the grammar! Clearly don't double check their work. Then the offer was insulting low considering I now know what they wanted to offer someone else for similar items.....
