2nd Hand Warehouse, Montague Gardens, where customers are abused, by staff and management.

I spent many weeks seeking office furniture and thought I had the right selection. I went to the 2nd Handwarehouse at 13 Longclaw Drive, Montague Gardens - and saw exactly what I wanted. Crystal was in the office, and was too busy supplying me with her medical history that she could not contact the boss for a price. This was Friday afternoon. Tapiwa Gwarada realized that his lazy colleague would not get the price and contacted the boss. I offered to purchase the entire lot, and was offered free delivery if such was done. I wanted to know the final price. I contacted Tapiwa a few times over the weekend via WhatsApp, and finally, on Monday (today) went to the shop after calling Tapiwa. Upon arrival, I was told the items were sold. There was finger pointing between Crystal and Tapiwa, each blaming the other. I asked for the bosses phone number - he is never on sight. They refused saying the boss NEVER DEALS WITH CUSTOMERS. I then gave my cell number, asking his to call. I told Tapiwa that I would place this issue on social media if the boss did not call me. Well, he did not. *********** staff, a boss unreachable and disinterested, no business ethics and a very bad experience. Poor (NO?) communications between co-workers, one does not know or care what the other does, and total indifference to customers. Never again.
