Poor service

<p>Took my bike in for shock seals service, battery replacement and to fix a dent in the exhaust. Got the bike back and went to test it only to have the packing in the exhaust come out whilst riding. It went into my sprocket and caused a big problem for me to sort out in the middle of nowhere. I also noticed that suddenly the bike was over revving, which it had never done before. When they fixed the exhaust, the dents weren't 100% taken out, so it doesn't look smooth. They also put the exhaust on the wrong side of its bracket, causing it to catch the back wheel tyre, which in turn broke off the straps holding the exhaust. I was told they would order new straps, but they never did. I was also told that I would have to pay for these straps. So I finally left with only one side of a remainder of a strap on the exhaust, which if it would come loose, would leave me stranded yet again. I took the bike back for the exhaust and when I went to test it again afterwards, I realised the over revving issue would persist. I took the bike back again explaining that the issue never existed prior to their involvement with the bike. I was told that it would be something small and quick to fix, but had to wait another week for them to overhaul the carburettor and replace a jet on it, as apparently, this was now the issue. I had to pay labour and parts once again. All in all, eventually the bike is mostly fixed now, except for the exhaust straps, but in my opinion, this company is not to be trusted off the bat and in future I will shop around instead. I went there to get a personalised and cost efficient service and in the end it cost me more.</p>
