2Help1 Insurer the Vaguest to Worst

I have know recollection of ever signing up with this insurance who so vague. No email address. Limited contact and information. I phoned them and requested details of my policy benefits more than 2 years ago and to date received zero communication. Faithfully, they deduct monthly. I think this insurer must be the worst of the lot. I will see if they will assist with a dispute I have with a major bank over a credit card settlement. They are stationed in Bellville WC. I am in Jhb GP. They do not have an email address. I can only contact them telephonically. I cannot log as a client.
