Rude cashier - Neo

I’m so so disappointed. A cashier by the name of Neo told me where to get off before I could even finish my request. She pointed to the wall where there was a note written no exchange or refunds for costumes. I tried explaining that I’m exchanging gift boxes. I went back because a previous customer who had the same problem had hers exchanged. NEVER setting foot there again.
