Shocking Service

My partner and I decided to use 2bfine engineering as they come in with the best price to repair our roof. The owner of the business assured us that they can fix the roof and that we won't be sorry. We accepted his quote and paid him the 50% deposit. Thereafter we agreed upon a date and time which he never met. I contracted him and he kept on giving me excuses as to why he couldn't come. Only when I started raising my voice did he eventually came to fix the roof. He basically just dropped off 1 of his team members to do the job. This poor person had to work late into the evening to get the job done (only because they arrived late to do the repairs). When the owner arrived back to pick up his team member, we paid him the balance in cash. He confirmed that he will be returning the next day to check if all is in order and that there are no leaking spots... He never came back.

When the rain season started we noticed that there was still a spot of our roof that's leaking. I then made contact with 2bfine's business owner to inform him of this and asked him to come back and fix the problem. There was back-and-forth messages arranging dates and times and again no commitment from his side. Always the same old stories for not being able to make it to my property. He kept reading my messages but never responded.

The worse service we've experienced. I will NOT recommend his services to anyone! Willing to take your money but is not really interested to do the job.
