stay away from 28Stanley it is a nightmare

The apartments are run by rude agents with ***** contracts where they also inform a tenant that the rent is inclusive of electricity but later send unknown and inconsistent bills with alarming amounts. These apartments used to be very good but the service and quality of agents has deteriorated. Maintenance is a nightmare we went for a month without hot water. The agent further told us to vacate the flat without any warning and then refuses us a deposit and nothing has been damaged in the flat. Stay away from this place clients are not valued at all.
