Unfair service

I pawned my phone with them, when I came to pay they had lost it and wanted me to take any other phone instead of replacing my phone. They proceeded to refund me R2000 which is far below the value of the phone. On top of that they Chased us out and it was a take it or leave it situation whereas they lost our item. They loose items and then unfairly compensate us and told us never to set foot in their store again.
