Marianne Jackson 26 John McKenzie Drive Emmarentia

I rented Marianne Jackson's garden cottage gor a year. She advertised (falsely) that it is pet friendly. After 2 months staying in the cottage, her dog started to attack and bite my dog. She then confessed that her dog is not neutered!!! So, my pets could no longer be outside while I'm at work.

Marianne REPEATEDLY invaded my privacy without asking permission. I would get home and find a pen in the kitchen which is not mine. Then Marianne would confess it's her pen!

She stole so much from my deposit! I had a cleaning lady the day I moved out to clean. Marianne then afterwards deducted R900 for a cleaning lady and cleaning supplies (bear in mind its a very small bachelors pad). Sweep South charges R140 to clean a house!!

I got ridiculous water bills from her. She only paid for R100 of the total water bill p/m. I was responsible for the rest. Meanwhile on weekends, her son, girlfriend, daughter and boyfriend eould visit on weekends and I had to pay their water!

She sucks you dry financially!!! She does not work so is all in your business every day and snooping around in your things while you at work.
