Worst experience by far!

We booked a night away at the establishment on the 28 October 2023 and the customer service was horrific. We were made to feel that we did not belong there and almost like they were doing us a favour by letting us stay there. The reception was the worst and it made the whole experience feel unpleasant and not welcoming. I wrote a review and submitted their customer feedback, I was called to understand what had happened and since then only got a standard acknowledgment after they had said that they would investigate and provide feedback. It feels very unprofessional and unwelcoming. We have stayed at the establishment several times and this was by far the worst we have ever received. 26 Degree South, please do better!
