Housekeeping is the worst

If I could give 0 stars I would. The housekeeping staff is very rude and ***********, the food is bad. General experience was okay but the housekeeping staff is the worst! They accused us of smoking in the room when we didn’t. Instead of cleaning their rooms and carpets they want to falsely accuse clients of nonsense
