Zero customer service, non-delivery and refusing refunds

I wish I could give them zero stars!!!

I ordered at the beginning of June and was promised delivery in 3-7 days. When nothing arrived, I gave them the benefit of the doubt and waited patiently for them to follow up and apologize for the delay and let me know what is happening.

They "scheduled" another delivery for 4 july. Again, when nothing arrived, no apologies, no reason why. Trying to contact them is worse than trying to individually pluck every hair on your head. I tried multiple channels, from dm'ing on instagram, to WhatsApping, to calling. I was either ignored or told to phone their dispatch manager that never answers calls.

I was given a new "delivery date" for before 24 july, then I received an email to say no its actually 18 September! I don't think a 4 month wait is acceptable when we agreed on a lead time of 7 working days so I asked for a refund. My request for a refund was ignored, but now my delivery is apparently a priority and they will "try" to get it out by the end of July.

I still insist on a refund, and they continue to ignore my request. I am now taking legal action against this "business" to get my money back
