Refuse to give refund

After terrible fight back and forth over the phone I have finally received my stuff and it is appalling to say the least The quality of the furniture is not worth any of the drama I was told I will not be receiving any refund and the only thing they have to offer is a touchup Why would I want my brand-new furniture touched up when it already looks ‘touched up’ I will continue to fight for my refund
