No Customer Service

This company cannot keep a promise and at this point I am not confident they exist. I placed an order over a month ago and was told it takes 7 working days. I was then given a date for the 4th July but did not receive my order. When I enquire I never get an answer as to why. I sent multiple DMs with empty promises, no responses to emails.

They delete all bad reviews from all social media platforms and keep on with empty promises. They have a customer service number but it just rings.
