Most Shocking Experience Of Them All Since I Have Lived Here

This is one of the most disappointing companies I have every come across in my time here in South Africa. A ****** picture from someone else's company page was used to advertise the product they sold me. I was promised that the product would be received "by Friday" after my purchase but then this was followed by weeks and weeks of delays, lies, a refusal to refund my money and finding out that many others had also been ****med. This man even started to threaten his own customers that he would sue them! Shocking that people like this are acting this way at at time when people are struggling financially. They ended up delivering my product only after I threatened to report them to the police. The product was shocking quality, the wrong dimensions, cracked wood and nowhere near worth the amount I spent. It did not look like the picture, which I later learned they stole from another company's site. I am sad to hear that so many people have also had this type of experience. I wish we could have all given our money to a well deserved company that really needs help during this time.
