Definitely a ****. Stay away

I ordered a coffee table at the start of 5th of May. Initally was told I could pick up from their warehouse before purchase. After purchase was told delivery would take 3-10 working days. I was then informed I would receive the table by the 21st of May. As of the date of this writing I have not received it. I have been promised multiple times "it would be delivered before the weekend". I have received voice notes, video notes, and smses from David, their "dispatch manager" apologising. However, I believe this site is a **** since I have requested refunds twice now and have neither recieved my money back or the item I purchased. It has been 2 months and 12 days since my purchase.
