Very poor customer service and delivery

This company was recommended by another business for branded display boxes. We have been in contact with them since March 2023 working on design and supply. They failed to deliver on their numerous promises and subsequently gave us inferior quality and customer service. They left us embarresed after they took our money and are not interested in resolving the issue. We paid for a product we did not receive and subsequently suffered financial losses. Management does not return our calls.
