Horrible service and management.

I used 24ht Laundry at the Brackenfell Hyper in Cape town. We were on holiday so i gave in out clothes just for ironing. Washed and dry already done by myself. I got our clothing back and all our Tshirts with printing on was damaged, very expensive tshirts. Printing was damaged and smeerd on to the shirt. Mostly also new tshirts. I complained and received a very unprofessional whatsapp message, saying they looked at cameras and staff never ironed over printing of my shirts. So i was called a ****, and then an excuse of clients need to specify when clothes dont need to be dry cleaned, my clothes were given in DRY AND WASHED already. I then was tild i can speak to a manager when there will be one at the brance. That is horrible service!!!!Till today, nothing more.
