Waterproofing

I have dealt with this company and hired them to waterproof my roof at my factory as it was leaking. The gentleman by the name of Mannetjies assisted me and gave me all sorts of guarantees for his work. I hired this company and initially it seemed that he was going to disappear with my down payment and after chasing this man for 2 months he eventually did the work. After completion of the job my roof was no better and continued leaking. Fortunately I withheld a small amount of the balance of payment as I wanted to be sure that the leaks were taken care of. Since he wanted the balance of his payment he then came back again after chasing him for 2 + months he eventually came and convinced me that there was another problem with the roof which needed waterproofing which I believed and proceeded with the work. This time I had to pay the full amount which I did. My roof still leaks and he promised to come and sort it out. He only takes your calls the first 2 or 3 times. After that you will be lucky to get hold of him.

Be very careful of this man as he does not honor his guarantee. If you put money down - all I can say is good luck to you if you get your work done. But he will never come out again if there is a problem.
